Materials Coordinator
Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is full time.

What You’ll Do
This experienced level position will be responsible for performing day-to-day warehouse related operations including shipping, receiving, production floor replenishment and inventory control activities in support of product manufacturing. This role is tasked with materials movement from the warehouse to the appropriate internal customers, documenting accurately all transactions into QAD.
- Receive and document into the ERP system (QAD) all incoming production inventory and non-inventory materials.
- Perform and participate in transactions related to movement of inventory, and production of finished goods, maintaining and providing raw materials Kanban fulfilment for production requirements.
- Track and maintain consumables and spare parts inventories, including procurement of replenishment stock, keeping a clean and organized stockroom, and shipping/receiving area.
- Ensure materials are properly labelled and provide work order support to meet production schedules and assist in production prioritization.
- Contribute to analysis of inventory discrepancies by reconciling stockroom, production control and finish goods areas.
- Under general supervision, perform inventory and production control activities and independently solve issues of moderate difficulty that require judgement before escalating or make recommendations for improvement.
- With approval from Customer Service, prepare, pack, and ship product to approved customers or route RMAs to the appropriate department.
- Prepare, ship and receive product to and from sub-contractors, and approved sterilizer.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industry and in-depth knowledge of inventory management systems/software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong data entry skill working with QAD, SAP, Oracle or other ERP system is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective interaction with Operations and other departments.
- Ability to be reliable and work independently or in team setting required.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work occasional overtime hours when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary Range: $57,000 – 65,000 /annually
