What You’ll Do
Imperative Care is seeking a Product Manager to lead the commercialization of a differentiated new technology aimed at expanding treatment capabilities for physicians caring for patients with stroke and other neurovascular conditions. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive market entry into a new segment, shaping the strategy, messaging, and execution of a highly innovative product portfolio to address critical unmet clinical needs.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the neurovascular clinical landscape with a deep passion for advancing medical technology. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, clinical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption, while serving as the voice of the physician and patient throughout the development and go-to-market process. - Review customer requirements and craft recommendations for product enhancements and/or identify opportunity for potential new products.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, sales force, and R&D staff to assess market needs for product enhancements, or new products.
- Analyze information on product offerings, including features, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Create and execute innovative marketing programs to increase revenue.
- Develop sales training materials and tools for use by the sales workforce.
- Lead product launch plans, forecasts, and marketing strategy activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a combination of education/training and experience.
- Experience leading one or more product launches from concept through commercialization
- Knowledge of the neurovascular clinical landscape is preferred
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and apply analytical skills to accomplish short and long-range projects; capable of anticipating needs and recommending actions with minimal direction.
- Ability to influence decision-making and action across the organization, independent of reporting structure.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical aspects of products.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Willing to travel 30 to 40%.

Salary Range: $135,000 – 146,000/annually
