Help Advance the Future of Vascular Care

Imperative Care is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to support the growth of our vascular portfolio within an assigned territory. In this field-based role, you will partner with sales leadership, physicians, and hospital teams to provide case coverage, strengthen customer relationships, support product adoption, and help grow existing and new accounts.
We are considering candidates at either the Associate Sales Manager I or Associate Sales Manager II level. The selected level will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, clinical and product knowledge, demonstrated sales capabilities, and ability to independently manage complex customer needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical and sales support for existing customers and new account launches.
  • Support vascular procedures through case coverage, product education, and clinical expertise.
  • Develop strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and other hospital stakeholders.
  • Help achieve quarterly sales objectives and expand utilization of Imperative Care’s product portfolio.
  • Deliver product presentations, in-services, and hands-on training for physicians and hospital staff.
  • Monitor competitive, clinical, and customer developments within the territory and communicate insights to the sales team.
  • Partner with sales leadership and Marketing on account strategies, product launches, customer programs, and territory planning.
  • Support inventory management, administrative requirements, and other account-related activities.
  • Represent Imperative Care professionally and ethically while following applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Sales or clinical experience within medical device, vascular, pharmaceutical, or a related healthcare industry.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with physicians and hospital-based clinical teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Leveling Guidelines
Associate Sales Manager I
Generally suited for a developing sales professional with at least one year of relevant sales or clinical experience. This individual will build product and procedural knowledge while supporting account activities, case coverage, customer training, and territory growth in partnership with sales leadership.

Associate Sales Manager II
Generally suited for a seasoned sales professional with at least five years of relevant experience. This individual will bring deeper product, clinical, and competitive knowledge; operate with greater independence; manage more complex customer situations; and play a larger role in account strategy, product adoption, and territory growth.

Compensation
The successful candidate will be hired at the level that best reflects their qualifications and experience:
  • Associate Sales Manager I: $100,000 annual base salary
  • Associate Sales Manager II: $175,000 annual base salary

This position is also eligible to participate in Imperative Care’s sales incentive plan. Actual incentive compensation will be governed by the applicable sales incentive plan and may vary based on individual and business performance.

This role may involve working in hospital and catheterization laboratory environments with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious materials, radiation sources, and chemicals. Imperative Care provides required training and safety protocols.
