Professional Education Training Program Manager

What You’ll Do
Looking for an experienced professional responsible for contributing to external education initiatives by working with Known Opinion Leaders (KOLs), product managers and field sales to drive and advance adoption of Imperative Care products that fit customer clinical needs. Collaborate with our Stroke and Vascular Sr. Professional Education Managers to effectively plan, develop, and execute educational programs for healthcare professionals. Responsible for overseeing all logistical aspects of program delivery, including venue selection, speaker management, participant registration, and materials preparation.
- Contribute to the customer-facing training strategy, content and education programs
- Identify areas of opportunity for new professional education programs and events
- Perform on-going comprehensive needs assessments to ensure professional education initiatives contribute and align with strategic priorities
- Deliver project excellence by incorporating best practices in project management to meet and or exceed customer needs. Identify process issues and recommend improvements.
- Plan and manage the logistical components for each Professional Education event to ensure program goals are achieved
- Create and review content related to Professional Education events
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content that is accurate, relevant, and engaging for healthcare professionals
- Track program metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness
- Understand and provide input to training and education workstreams
- Support the contracting process for faculty engagements. Work with Sr. Manager to ensure contract requests and renewals align with the overall strategy
- Create and own a contract database for frequently used faculty for professional education events
- Drive collaboration and partnership within cross-functional teams for professional education activities, meetings and events
- Develop tools and resources needed to implement best practices for medical education programs
- Support virtual education technology and strategic implementation with COE sites
- Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company
- Complete administrative requirements (including expenses) in a timely and accurate fashion
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in design and administration of education programs in the medical device industry
- Product and procedural expertise related to HCP education programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the commercial group
- Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel
- Valid driver's license

Salary Range: $120,000 – 140,000/annually
