What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Sr. Medical Education Trainer with advanced expertise to lead external and customer-focused professional education programs and initiatives. This position is tasked with driving and advancing adoption of Imperative Care products by working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), product managers and sales professionals to train on the use of our technology and how it fits customer clinical needs.
- Develop content for training/education programs based on targeted audience.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals (HCPs), and/or sales to perform ongoing needs assessments and ensure training initiatives align with strategic priorities.
- Articulate education strategy to sales and marketing leadership.
- Identify, allocate and manage internal and external support and resources required to deliver training programs, partnering within cross-functional teams to drive education activities, meetings and events.
- Lead educational programs and events by setting up and facilitating field-based trainings for physicians or sales workforce.
- Create and analyze programs metrics, measure effectiveness and identify opportunity areas for new or additional training programs and events.
- Understand and provide input to clinical training and education workstreams.
- Develop, foster and maintain internal and external partnerships (KOL network, VOC, product managers, HCPs , sales reps, etc.) to survey and gather audience feedback.
- Participate in sales convention, society meetings, forums, symposia, educational and scientific programming meetings for promoting product & procedural awareness and guideline development.
- Manage trainer/speaker contracts, speaker bureau directory, calendar and budget.
- Deliver education through virtual technology when required and spearhead strategic implementation with COE sites to support all trained users. Complete administrative requirements (including expenses) timely and accurately.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in design and administration of education programs in the medical device industry, including sales training programs; or a combination of education/training and experience.
- A solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology, coupled with clinical experience
- Clinical background (cath lab, nurse, etc.), or strong PV sales skills preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the commercial group and in accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel
- Proven product knowledge in business area
- Valid driver's license

Salary Range: $ 170,000 – 220,000 annually
